Ticketing & Fees
Ticketing Services & Mandatory Facility Fee
While the Berger offers an optional, full-service box office system for your convenience, clients are welcome to manage their own ticketing.
Regardless of the platform used, a $3-5 Facility Fee is applied to every ticket sold and billed at settlement. Renters may issue up to 25 complimentary tickets per event exempt from the Facility Fee.
Box Office Fees & Credit Cards (If using our services)
• Our Box office fees are customizable and start at approximately $0.25 per ticket.
• A 3% credit card processing fee applies to applicable transactions.
Why a Facility Fee? The Facility Fee helps keep the Berger operational and accessible. By asking patrons to contribute directly to the maintenance, we reduce the financial burden on renters and keep base rental rates affordable.
